Come out and support the award-winning doc ‘TCHOUPITOULAS’ by the Ross brothers. Bill Ross will be doing a q&a after the opening night screenings, Friday, Jan 11th at 5:15pm & 7pm at Chalmette Movies. Bill Ross screened his first documentary 45365 at Timecode:NOLA’s film fest FF ONE in September and was on our director’s panel. We’re thrilled to support his theatrical run of ‘TCHOUPITULOUAS’ and Timecode:NOLA will be facilitating the q&a Friday night. We hope to see you all there!
TCHOUPITOULAS is a lyrical documentary that follows three adolescent brothers as they journey through one night in New Orleans, encountering a vibrant kaleidoscope of dancers, musicians, hustlers, and revelers parading through the lamplit streets. The filmmakers fully immerse us into the New Orleans night, passing through many lively and luminous locations and introducing us to the people who make the city their home.
