Pro8mm is teaming up with Timecode:NOLA for our best One Reel Super8 competition yet!
This year our One Reel Super8 screening will kick off opening night of Timecode:NOLA’s First Annual Film Fest FF ONE Friday night, Sep 28th, 2012 at One Eyed Jacks in the French Quarter. The competition will begin August 24th and filmmakers will have one week to shoot a 3 minute Super8 film with all editing in-camera (i.e. you have to shoot your movie in the exact order you want it shown). Pro8mm will not only process the films for us again this year, but this time Pro8mm will also do an high resolution HD transfer of all the films. All filmmakers will receive a dvd of all the One Reel Super8 films from the high res telecine.
And to keep the Super8 filmmaking continuing beyond FF ONE, Pro8mm is giving the best Super8 One Reel filmmaker a Rhonda Super 8 camera!
