“Keeper of the Flame” directed by Big Chief Brian Nelson followed by an interview with the Big Chief – When the Big Chief of a prominent Indian gang dies unexpectedly, he passes the leadership of the tribe on to an unlikely candidate — his young grandson Michael. Unhappy with his father’s decision, Michael’s Uncle Tré forms his own Indian gang, challenging Michael as a Chief and as a man. Michael must decide how important it is to keep the flame of his ancestors burning. Is he willing to do what it will take to show that he is worthy of his calling?
“Muff” by Oliver Parker and Quinn Young – Adam is a former hustler, current odd-job man coping with the loss of his dad. Bela, a finger puppeteer, is two months sober from cocaine, alcohol, and methamphetamine. They’re a month behind on rent.
